Role Overview:
Are you a people person with a keen eye for talent? Stride Social is seeking a Creator Outreach and Partnership Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential creators, reaching out to them, and taking calls to bring them on board with Stride Social. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in securing new brand deals for our creators, earning commission on the deals you help close. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creator Identification: Research and identify up-and-coming creators who would be a great fit for Stride Social.
- Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential creators via email, social media, and other platforms to initiate conversations and gauge interest in joining Stride Social.
- Onboarding Calls: Take calls with creators, explaining the benefits of partnering with Stride Social and guiding them through the onboarding process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the talent management team to ensure a smooth transition for new creators and align strategies.
- Brand Outreach: Reach out to brands on behalf of our creators, pitching them for potential collaborations and securing new deals.
- Commission-Based Earnings: Earn commission on every deal you close, with significant earning potential based on your success.

- Team Player: You enjoy working collaboratively with a team and are eager to contribute to the success of others.
